1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During festive seasons, sales events, or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.


2. Shipping Times (Within India)

Since we work with multiple domestic and international suppliers, delivery times may vary:

Domestic suppliers (India) 4–8 business days
International suppliers 10–20 business days

Please note: International shipments may take longer due to customs clearance in India.


3. Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number.

  • Tracking details may take 2–4 business days to appear in the system after dispatch.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Free standard shipping on orders above ₹2,000.

  • Orders below ₹2,000 may have a flat shipping fee, displayed during checkout.


5. Customs & Duties (For International Products)

  • Orders from international suppliers may be subject to customs duties, GST, or other charges as per Indian regulations.

  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices.


6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your 

  • We will help investigate and, if needed, arrange a replacement or refund.

  • shipping address is complete and accurate before confirming your order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


7. Delayed or Lost Packages
